As we (ROI Valley LLP), provide several types of digital marketing services that help grow our client’s business online. Before providing the services, both parties (our company and the client business) agree upon a service contract agreement that the client business agrees to and signs the contract when the client is ready for onboarding with our company.
Cancellation Policy:
According to such a service contract agreement (maybe different for each business), this agreement may not be terminated prior to 90 days after the date of the contract signed by the client.
In the event that the Client desires to terminate the service contract agreement, the Client must submit a written request to ROI Valley LLP, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the desired date of termination. Written requests to terminate may be made by e-mail.
Refund Policy:
If the Client chooses to terminate the service contract in writing, all the payments owed to ROI Valley LLP will be due immediately and will be charged to the Client’s payment. Under no circumstances, will ROI Valley LLP give refunds of the amount paid for the Services.
